1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Lewis Labs' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site and our services.
2. Intellectual Property
The software, design, and original content provided by Lewis Labs are the exclusive property of Lewis Labs and its licensors. All engineering artifacts and source code are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
3. Service Delivery
We provide boutique software engineering and design services. Timelines, deliverables, and specific project scopes are governed by individual service agreements executed between Lewis Labs and its clients.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lewis Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
